What's involved

Vehicle check before we travel

Registration and vehicle details let us confirm the key type and whether a key can be generated for it.

Proof of ownership

We ask for reasonable proof the vehicle is yours — for example the V5C, insurance or a finance agreement — plus matching photo ID.

Key generated and cut

A new key blade is cut to your vehicle's lock and the transponder or fob is prepared.
