Terms of service

Quotes and pricing. Prices shown on this site are starting prices. The final price depends on the vehicle, key type, security system, location and time of the call-out, and is confirmed with you before any work begins.

Proof of ownership. We may require proof that the vehicle belongs to you, or that you are authorised to request work on it, before starting — for example a V5C logbook, matching photo ID, insurance documents, or a rental or finance agreement. We reserve the right to refuse work where ownership or authorisation cannot reasonably be established.

Coverage. Not every vehicle or key system can be worked on at the roadside. Where a vehicle requires manufacturer-only data or equipment we do not hold, we will tell you before travelling wherever possible.

Payment. Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance.
